What is GothiaAI Portal?

GothiaAI Portal is a sleek plugin-based platform that brings together all AI-driven tools in one place. Instead of having to manage multiple different services for customer support, bookings and CRM, everything is gathered under one roof – easily accessible and ready to use to make your day easier.

The result is greater than the sum of its parts. All tools on the platform work together through Compass, a built-in AI assistant. Compass has an overview of everything: your conversations, bookings, contacts and deals and helps you act without changing screens. Ask it to find a customer, check tomorrow's bookings or write a follow-up email. And it just works.

The platform contains three core products:

  • HelperBot - An AI chatbot trained on your own documents so it can help you answer customer questions anytime, day or night. Simply upload your FAQ, product sheets or manuals and HelperBot takes care of the rest.
  • TimeSlot - A self-service booking system makes it easy for your customers to choose a time and you get notified instantly. Skip paperwork and long email conversations.
  • ClientDesk - A sleek CRM that helps you easily keep track of contacts, companies, deals and support cases. Everything in one place.

You start with the three core products that are included in every plan and then activate the add-ons you need. Compass ties everything together.

Beyond the core products, we are planning more AI-driven plugins that build on the platform:

  • SupportDesk - AI-driven case management system with automatic triage, SLA tracking and Copilot suggestions. Cases can be escalated from HelperBot when the chatbot is not enough.
  • Receptionist - An AI receptionist that takes calls, answers common questions and forwards to the right person. Think of a digital first line that never takes lunch.
  • PolicyKit - Automated policy review and compliance. Upload internal policy documents and let AI answer questions about rules, procedures and compliance.
  • ContractLens - AI-driven contract analysis. Upload contracts and get summaries, risk assessments and reminders about important dates and terms.
