1. The Service

Gothia AI Portal is a SaaS platform providing an AI chatbot (GothiaAI ChatBot), booking system (TimeSlot) and customer management (ClientDesk). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Account and responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is linked to an organization (tenant) and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

3. Trial and payment

If a free trial is offered, the terms are presented at registration. Payment is handled according to the plan or agreement selected and confirmed by the customer.

4. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time via the portal or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.

5. Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via email.

6. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
