Gothia AI Portal is a SaaS platform providing an AI chatbot (HelperBot), booking system (TimeSlot) and customer management (ClientDesk). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Each account is linked to an organization (tenant) and you are responsible for all activity under your account.

New accounts start with a 7-day free trial. You enter payment details at registration but are not charged until the trial ends. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no cost. After the trial, you are charged for the plan you selected.

You may terminate your account at any time via the portal or by contacting us. Upon termination, your data is deleted within 30 days, unless legal requirements mandate longer retention.

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in advance via email.

We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified via email at least 30 days in advance. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
