AppCare
Managed operations after launch
AppCare is GothiaAI’s managed service for apps in production: hosting in the EU, monitoring, security updates, backups and support. There are three tiers (Basic, Standard and Premium) from €195 per month, support is available on weekdays 08–17, and the term is three months, then one month’s notice. Code, data and accounts always belong to you. We take care of operations, so you can spend your time on the product.

What is included
AppCare covers hosting in the EU, monitoring, security maintenance, backups, support and a monthly report.
Managed hosting
Operations on infrastructure in the EU, for example at Scaleway, sized to the app’s needs.
Monitoring
Checks of availability, errors and resource use, and handling of alerts.
Security maintenance
Updates to dependencies and the operating environment, and handling of discovered vulnerabilities within the scope of the agreement.
Backups
Scheduled backups with an agreed retention period and regular restore tests.
Support and incident handling
Troubleshooting and fixes according to agreed support hours and response times.
Reporting and documentation
A monthly report on operating status, completed work and recommendations. The operating documentation is kept up to date.
Tiers and price
AppCare comes in three tiers: Basic at €195, Standard at €520 and Premium at €1,100 per month. Extra work costs €90 per hour. All prices exclude VAT.
You own your app
Code, data and accounts belong to you. You always have administrator access, and when you leave we hand everything over: code, database, files and operating documentation.
Data protection and responsibility
The handling of personal data, access and subcontractors is governed by the agreements, including a data processing agreement when needed. Further development and new features are quoted separately or done with the hour bank.
