Sub-processors

Gothia AI uses the following sub-processors to provide Gothia AI Portal. These are approved through our Data Processing Agreement (DPA). Customers are notified at least 30 days in advance of any changes.

Hostinger	Hosting, database	EU (Lithuania)	All data is stored here.
one.com	SMTP email	EU (Denmark)	Email address, subject, message content.

Self-hosted services

The following run on our own infrastructure (Hostinger, EU) and are not external sub-processors: DNFileRAG (document processing), Qdrant (vector database), PostgreSQL (database).

AI and model training

Customer data sent to Anthropic and Azure OpenAI is not used for model training. Processing happens in real time — no data is stored by the provider.
