1. Scope
This statement covers gothiaai.se and portal.gothiaai.se. Gothia AI Solutions strives to make all digital services accessible to as many people as possible, in accordance with EN 301 549 / WCAG 2.1 level AA.
2. Standard we follow
We work towards WCAG 2.1 level AA. Our websites use semantic HTML, React Aria Components, sufficient colour contrast, keyboard navigation, alt texts and responsive design.
3. Known limitations
Kanban views (deals, tickets) — drag-and-drop lacks full keyboard support. AI chat panel — streamed responses are not always announced to screen readers in real time. Charts — lack full text descriptions.
4. What we do
Automated accessibility tests in CI/CD (Lighthouse), regular keyboard testing, new components built with React Aria Components, reported issues are prioritised.
