AppCare: tiers and prices
AppCare has three tiers with a fixed monthly price. The tiers differ in hosting, working time, response times and reporting. All prices exclude VAT.

AppCare costs €195 (Basic), €520 (Standard) or €1,100 (Premium) per month. All prices exclude VAT.

Beyond the tiers
- Extra work is billed at €90/hour (urgent €130/hour). Hour bank: 10 hours for €850 or 40 hours for €3,200.
- Extended on-call (response outside office hours) can be added for €265 per month. Terms are agreed per customer.
- Takeover: a one-off fee of €435 when the app has not been through LaunchReady with us. Included if it has.
- Infrastructure is included up to the size of the tier. If the app needs more resources, we tell you in advance and pass the cost on.
- Term: three months to begin with, then one month’s notice.
