What is Gothia AI Portal?

Gothia AI Portal is plugin-based. Three core products are included: chatbot, booking and CRM. Additional plugins can be activated as needed.

The AI assistant Compass has access to all plugins and can perform tasks between them in the same chat. Ask it to find a customer or write a follow-up email, and Compass will do it without you switching screens.

The platform contains three core products:

HelperBot: chatbot trained on your own documents. Upload FAQs or product sheets and it answers customer questions.
TimeSlot: booking system where customers choose their own time and you receive a message immediately.
ClientDesk: CRM for contacts, companies, deals and cases.

All plans include the three core products. Add-ons are activated as needed.

More plugins on the roadmap

We are planning several add-ons that build on the platform:

SupportDesk: case management with triage and SLA tracking. Cases can be escalated from HelperBot.
Receptionist: AI receptionist that takes calls and transfers to the right person.
PolicyKit: policy review. Upload internal policy documents and let AI answer questions about them.
ContractLens: contract analysis. Upload agreements and get summaries plus reminders of important dates.

All upcoming plugins are automatically connected to Compass.

Built for small businesses

The portal requires no IT department. There is no code to write and no integrations to configure.

Registration takes a few minutes. Upload your documents and publish HelperBot as a widget on your website the same day. Bookings and CRM are activated just as quickly.

Data protection

All data is stored in Sweden with a European hosting provider. We follow GDPR and do not train any AI models on your data.
