What if I want to cancel?
No lock-in on the maintenance subscription. Cancel any time with one month notice. You keep all files and full access to the site.
Can I update content myself?
Yes. At launch we walk you through how to make minor updates like text and images. For larger changes we are an email away.
Does it work with my existing domain?
Yes. If you have a domain at Loopia, One.com or similar we point it to our hosting. We handle all DNS changes.
What is included in "minor fixes & bug fixes"?
Small adjustments under the maintenance subscription. For example changing a text, swapping an image or fixing a broken link. Larger changes such as a new section or a new form are quoted separately.
What if I want to add more pages later?
Additional pages are quoted under the same fixed-price model. No subscription lock-in on the build side.
Who owns the site and the content?
You do. You have full ownership of design, code and content. If you ever want to move the site we hand over all files.
How does the 30-day guarantee work?
If you are not satisfied within 30 days of launch we refund the new-build fee. The maintenance subscription is refunded pro-rata.
